Furthering our employee’s education is key; Audio Video Interiors is a CEDIA and INFOCOMM Certified Company, whereas, Safety Technologies has NICET as a certification and our technicians are equipped with Ohio State Fire Licenses. Our team members will attend various educational seminars and classes to uphold our certified status.
Regular working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We provide company vehicles for our teams to drive to and from work sites; a clean DMV record is a must.
In some instances employees will be required to work earlier or later; and occasional overnight travel will also be required with advance notification.
We are committed to maintaining a Drug Free Workplace and we have policies in place in accordance with Ohio law to ensure the safest possible workplace. All employees are subject to drug testing as well as criminal background checks prior to employment. Random drug testing is conducted thereafter.
