Where have these components come from?

All items are either new closeout items, discontinued models, or items that have been used in our Design Center.  All components are guaranteed to be in good working order.  Unlike traditional retail stores that run their Demo equipment the entire time their store is opened, items displayed in our Design Center are only used for customer demonstrations and in most cases have had very limited use.

What is the Warranty?

All equipment is sold AS IS, guaranteed to be in working order and has a 5 Day money back return policy.  Some equipment will still have time remaining or full manufacturer's warranty.  Your sales consultant will inform you if the equipment you select has any Manufacturer Warranty.
