Michael Pope Re-elected to National Board of Directors

Consumer Electronics Association(CEA) has re-elected Michael Pope,

President of Audio Video Interiors to a second term on the TechHome Division Board of Directors.

CEA, known for the electronic  industry's largest conference, The Consumer Electronics Show (CES), formed the TechHome Division to utilize it's members to help consumers make good decisions as they select their custom installed systems. Systems for security, home entertainment and home automation and control are becoming more common on the must-have checklist for new home buyers. Installed infrastructure like high-speed wiring, and the adoption of broadband enable the growth of whole-home networks for digital media as well as data.

TechHome integrators design and professionally install the whole-home networks that are becoming standard in today’s digital home. The TechHome Division is unique in that it represents the entire channel for home control, entertainment and networking products.

"It is an honor and privilege to be part of this very important national organization", stated Michael Pope upon learning of his nomination.  "Obtaining a national post to one of the industries largest Trade Organizations is a testament to the staff of Audio Video Interiors.  It means that our expertise and accomplishments are being recognized beyond the borders of Ohio."
