1. Design

• We provide a Design estimate to develop the cost for putting your ideas and dreams into a workable design
• We develop a preliminary design for your approval.

3. Budget

• Upon approval of preliminary design, we determine which professionals will be rquired to do the work.
• We obtain construction Budget numbers for your review.

1. Final Design Approval

• We present the final design for approval.
• Each Professional Contractor will present their construction document for approval or you can have our Project Manager handle all of the details.

What does it cost to have Audio Video Interiors manage your Remodeling Project? Your only costs will be for the hours that are actually used to coordinate the project.  You will receive an itemized accounting of all time used.  There are no hidden markups!
